The Club’s Christmas Lunch was again well-supported; the numbers attending would have been well over 30 but for some last-minute cancellations. Our old meeting room at Cowick Barton has now been turned into an attractive restaurant, which had been festooned with Christmas decorations. (Future meetings of the Club will normally be held in the smaller Monks Room.)
The food was excellent, and there was much lively discussion. Again, our thanks to Gwyneth for her highly efficient organisation of this event.
